Why 2 Teams?
The real estate industry is vast. Instead of squeezing 11+ fields into a single curriculum, we allow our members to specialize and decide for a direction. That way, we ensure focused expertise while fostering collaboration to tackle the industry’s diverse challenges.
How do both teams work together?
While each team focuses on its own expertise, members sometimes collaborate on joint projects. These opportunities allow members to learn from one another - combining financial strategies with development insights - while tackling real-world challenges. This collaboration not only broadens your skills but also mirrors how collaboration looks like in real life.
team 1: Financial Real estate
The Financial Real Estate team focuses on the analytical and strategic aspects of the industry, such as investment modeling, portfolio management, and market analysis. Members develop a deep understanding of financial structures and learn how to assess and optimize the profitability of real estate projects.
team 2: real estate Development
The Real Estate Development team specializes in transforming ideas into reality, focusing on project planning, design, and execution. Members gain hands-on experience in land development, sustainability, and urban planning, equipping them to shape the built environment with creativity and precision.
